portable multi-channel array eddy current tester

the mea-128 portable multi-channel array eddy current tester is independently developed and manufactured by our
company. it supports a 128-channel array and adopts an embedded computer with built-in software design, enabling
rapid evaluation and analysis of surface and near-surface cracks and corrosion.
product principle

during operation, mechanical scanning of the probe is unnecessary. only timedivision switching of the array coils is carried out following preset logical procedures. the eddy current response signals collected by each coil are transmitted into the instrument’s signal processing system through a multiplexer, which completes the circulating inspection of the entire array.
take the differential 48-channel equipment as an example: with 8-channel parallel excitation, full probe inspection can be
completed in merely 6 excitation cycles.

optional probes
flexible array probe is a general-purpose surface probe adaptable to various geometric shapes.
its dual sensitivity allows detecting cracks in all directions with only one single scan. it is suitable for a wide range of materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum, and can reliably detect defects as small as 0.5mm.

array tangential eddy current probe is built with 16 coils and adopts dynamic lift-off compensation technology,
mounted on an adaptive structure.the structure enables it to adapt to weld profile variations.
it is applicable to weld inspection of carbon steel, capable of detecting through paint coatings and providing dimensional
information of defects.

balanced field eddy current pen probe is mainly used for inspection in confined areas, especially suitable for weld testing
of small nozzles.
