- top visual inspection modulethe top visual system is designed to detect head defects such as cracks and damaged drive slots. it can inspect not only the front face of the fastener head, but also defects on the head edge. the visual system shall identify defects on the bolt top, including dents and incomplete drive slots. meanwhile, it supports flexible configuration of defect detection areas and defect tolerance ranges.
- 360° visual inspection modulethis module performs full radial inspection on workpieces to detect defects on the area below the countersink and the shank section.
